Remediation Update on Freedom of Association Violations at Lululemon Supplier

Dear Colleagues,

Please find here a case update concerning Pungkook Indonesia One, disclosed by lululemon for the production of collegiate apparel. We previously reported the resolution of freedom of association violations at Pungkook Indonesia One, provided that the factory fulfills its commitments. Worker interviews conducted offsite and a factory inspection have confirmed that Pungkook Indonesia One has fulfilled its commitments to (1) discipline managers responsible for retaliating against worker union leaders; (2) conduct training on freedom of association for managers and supervisors; and (3) develop and distribute a freedom of association policy. The completion of these corrective actions brings the factory into compliance with university code of conduct standards on freedom of association.
